Terms and Conditions

By booking and submitting payment, the Guest agrees to the full rental period as specified in the invoice and is responsible for payment of the entire amount, regardless of early departure or changes in schedule, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Boston Corporate Housing.

1. Check-in & Check-out: Guest must adhere to designated check-in and check-out times.

Access to the apartment will be restricted at 11:00 a.m. on allotted checkout date and late departure especially disrupting cleaning of the apartment will result in late fees.

If the Guest's actions cause a booking cancellation or relocation for the next guest, the Guest will be charged the full cost of the disrupted reservation plus additional administrative fees.

Guest is responsible for entire payment of the stay no matter if they leave early.

2. House Rules: Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the unit and within 25 ft of the building. Parties and events are prohibited, quiet hours are from 8:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. no loitering in the lobby, lounges, gym or other parts of the building.

3. Liability: The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the stay. The Guest assumes all responsibility for their safety and property.

4. Damages & Fees: The Guest is responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or fixtures, as a result of their actions during their stay. The Host reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements, including excessive cleaning fees, lost keys, or broken items.

If the Guest causes damage to the building, common areas, or other units, and are deemed responsible, they will be held liable for all associated repair costs, legal fees, and claims from third parties (e.g., building management, other residents).

If the Guest’s actions result in legal action or a lawsuit against the Host or property owner, the Guest agrees to indemnify and hold the Host harmless from all claims, damages, and legal costs.

5. Occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed to stay. Unauthorized guests or subletting are prohibited.

6. No Smoking & No Parties: Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Compliance: Guest agrees to comply with all local laws and building regulations.

8. Access: Boston Corporate Housing provides secure access to all units via either smart locks or key lockboxes, depending on the property. Guests are assigned a unique access code valid only for the duration of their stay. Smart lock codes automatically expire at the scheduled check-out time on the departure date. For units with lockboxes, guests must return keys and lock the unit by check-out time.

Guests must vacate the unit by their designated check-out time. Failure to do so may result in additional charges, deactivation of access codes, and/or notification to local authorities. Boston Corporate Housing reserves the right to revoke access at any time due to nonpayment, rule violations, or safety concerns.

Guests are responsible for keeping their access codes and/or physical keys secure. We are not liable for any unauthorized access caused by shared, lost, or mishandled codes or keys.

9. Unit Assignment and Change Policy: Tenant acknowledges and agrees that the unit assigned at the start of the lease term may be subject to change due to operational needs or emergencies. Owner reserves the right to assign a comparable unit of equal or greater quality and size at any time before or during the lease term. Tenant agrees to accept such reassignment without adjustment to rent or other lease terms.

10. Acceptance: Booking this property constitutes agreement to these terms.
