We have two options depending on where you're being treated. From Longwood Towers, Brigham and Women's Hospital is approximately a 10-minute walk. Alternatively, you can take the MBTA Green Line one stop. From our West End apartments, Brigham and Women's is accessible via the Longwood shuttle or a quick T ride.

Absolutely. We regularly host cancer patients and their families during treatment. Our apartments are fully furnished and quiet, with a full kitchen so you can prepare meals that support your treatment. We understand that schedules can be unpredictable and work with you on flexibility.

Yes — staying flexible for our guests is one of our priorities. If your treatment extends beyond your original dates, contact us as soon as you know and we'll do our best to extend your reservation. We recommend reaching out a week or more in advance when possible.

Yes. Our 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments comfortably accommodate a patient and accompanying family members. Having loved ones close during treatment makes a real difference, and our apartments are set up for that purpose.

What is the minimum stay length?

Our minimum stay is typically 2 weeks. Many of our guests stay for 1 to 6 months during extended treatment programs, post-surgical recovery, or clinical research participation. We do not do nightly or weekend rentals.

Yes, longer stays are common and welcome. Many of our guests stay 3 to 6 months during chemotherapy, bone marrow transplant recovery, or other extended treatment programs. Monthly rates are available for stays of 30 days or more.

Yes, high-speed WiFi is included in every apartment. Whether you need to video call your care team, work remotely, or stream entertainment during recovery, the connection is reliable and fast.

Most of our apartments — all of the West End / MGH-area units — include an in-unit washer and dryer. The Longwood apartment (1575 Tremont Street) has laundry available in the building basement. Either way, you won't need to visit a laundromat during your stay.

Yes. We provide bed linens, pillows, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, and small appliances. You do not need to bring household items for your stay.

Do you accept insurance reimbursement letters or employer letters?

Accepted Answer

We can provide an itemized invoice and documentation that many guests submit to their insurance, employer, or hospital for reimbursement. We do not directly bill insurance companies, but we make it easy for you to get reimbursed. Ask us when you book.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at booking. The amount depends on the unit and length of stay. It is returned at the end of your stay, assuming no damages beyond normal wear and tear.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in receive a 50% refund.
